I’m glad you’re here! Choosing to try therapy is a courageous and self-affirming act.

Developing a trusting relationship so that my clients feel safe and secure is where I always begin. Therapeutically, I tend to be direct. I am focused on client empowerment, looking for the best tools and solutions that you can use immediately.  We'll look at the origins of your issues and how they've taken hold in your life, and I will help you tap into the energy and spirit needed to create change. My clients often tell me that they quickly feel comfortable in sessions with me and I believe this contributes greatly to the success of our therapy. 

My approach is open-minded and welcoming. I love the work that I do and I'm truly privileged to meet each new client. You can feel safe in knowing that all parts of yourself are welcome to show up and be heard.

Sessions are provided both online or in-person in South Austin.
